Now, we are going take you to Toshodaiji Temple.
The temple is famous for the reason Chinese priest Ganjin founded in 759.
Ganjin came to Japan from China to develop Buddhism in Japan. Japanese government wanted to invite high ranked priest from China. However, it was very dangerous voyage sono one else tried to came across Japan over the sea. He failed 5 times to cross the ocean and finally he suceeded it on the 6 th time.
Toshodaiji is the place he used to live and it is now the symbol of friendship between Japan and China.
